No, our rented bikes are not insured. We strongly recommend that you obtain your own travel insurance prior to arrival, which should also cover the unlikely event of bike theft. While bike theft is generally not a major issue in Slovenia, it’s worth noting that Ljubljana has a reputation for occasional incidents.
We cover normal wear and tear up to a value of €10.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own pedals, but don’t forget to bring a pedal wrench for attaching and detaching them. We do have some pedals available, but if you plan to use your own cycling shoes, it’s best to bring the matching pedals as well.

Certainly. You have the flexibility to select both the delivery point and time according to your convenience.
We have a network of partner repair shops throughout Slovenia where you can get assistance. We provide service vouchers that cover costs if the issue is due to a fault on our part. Otherwise, you’ll be responsible for the repair expenses. If you’re near the Bled or Ljubljana region, give us a call and we’ll arrange for a replacement bike to be brought to you.
Yes, we have a bike shop with a limited selection. Additionally, there’s a larger specialized shop in Radovljica, approximately 8 km from Bled, where you can find a wider range of cycling equipment. There are also several sports shops in Bled.
