Our rental bikes include a damage waiver for accidental damage during normal, responsible use. Your liability is limited to the applicable excess defined in our General Terms and Conditions. Theft is covered only with the optional waiver upgrade and subject to the conditions stated in our rental terms. We also strongly recommend adequate personal travel insurance.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own pedals, but don’t forget to bring a pedal wrench for attaching and detaching them. We do have some pedals available, but if you plan to use your own cycling shoes, it’s best to bring the matching pedals as well.
Yes.
Yes, delivery time and location are arranged in advance. The agreed location must be accessible by our delivery vehicle and cannot be inside a pedestrian zone. If direct delivery in Ljubljana is not possible, bike handover can be arranged at M Hotel Ljubljana.
If your bike breaks down, contact us first. We will help you find the best solution and, if necessary, direct you to a nearby repair shop or arrange assistance. If the problem is due to a fault on our part, we will cover the reasonable repair costs.
Yes. At our Bled rental base we keep a limited selection of basic cycling accessories and spare items. For a wider selection of cycling equipment, there are several sports and bike shops in Bled and nearby Radovljica.
Advance booking is strongly recommended, especially during the main cycling season and if you need a specific bike type or size. This also allows us to prepare the bike before your arrival.
We deliver pre-booked rental bikes to agreed locations across Slovenia. Delivery costs depend on the destination, rental period and number of bikes. The delivery location must be accessible by our vehicle.
In many cases, yes. One-way rentals and bike collection at another agreed location can be arranged in advance, depending on your route, dates and number of bikes.
Theft is covered only with the optional waiver upgrade and subject to the rental conditions. The bicycle must have been securely locked and the theft must be reported to the police.
