Here you can find our rental prices.

Before each rental, all bicycles undergo a thorough washing, inspection, and maintenance process carried out by our skilled mechanics to ensure they are in perfect working condition when you receive them.

The prices for all our rental bikes are set at the start of each season. We kindly ask that you refrain from requesting “best prices,” “deals,” or “special discounts.” We consistently offer the most competitive rates possible, considering the quality of our bikes and the level of service we provide. These prices are clearly stated on our website and remain the same for both individuals and groups. Please note that all prices include 22% Slovenian VAT.

When renting, please ensure you have a valid passport or other photo ID. Failure to provide these documents will prevent us from completing the rental.

Please make sure you are familiar with our terms and conditions. No exceptions can be made to these policies.

IMPORTANT: Every Helia bicycle rental includes a damage waiver. With normal, responsible use, your liability for accidental damage is limited to the applicable excess in section 13.2 of the General Terms and Conditions. Theft is covered only with the optional waiver upgrade and only when the bicycle was securely locked and the theft was reported to the police. Adequate personal travel insurance is strongly recommended.
