How to Rent…

… in 5 simple steps:

Choose your bike or service. Check our website and decide what best suits your plans.
Send us your request. Send us an email or use the online booking form. Please include:
- Your body height, preferred bike model and number of bikes.
- Rental dates and duration.
- Where and when you would like to collect the bike, or whether you need delivery.
- Any accessories you need, such as a helmet, and whether you will bring your own pedals.
Review the rental conditions. Read our General Terms and Conditions.
Confirm your booking with payment. Unless your quotation or confirmation states otherwise, a 20% deposit is due within 8 days and the balance is due no later than 30 days before the rental start. For bookings made within 30 days of the rental start, full payment is due immediately. Payment can be made by:
- Credit card (Mastercard or Visa) by phone: +386 31 544 544.
- Bank transfer.
- Online payment form.
Collect and check your bike. At handover, inspect the bicycle and equipment with us and sign the bicycle rental agreement and handover record.

IMPORTANT: Every Helia bicycle rental includes a damage waiver. With normal, responsible use, your liability for accidental damage is limited to the applicable excess in section 13.2 of the General Terms and Conditions. Theft is covered only with the optional waiver upgrade and only when the bicycle was securely locked and the theft was reported to the police. Adequate personal travel insurance is strongly recommended.
