Mobility Guarantee

When you hire our bike, we guarantee your mobility throughout Slovenia. What does this mean?

We guarantee that our bikes will function at all times, provided they are used correctly. Should you experience any issues, simply give us a call.

If you are within a 50 km radius of Bled, we’ll bring you a replacement bike immediately. If you are further away, you can visit the nearest bike repair shop and have the bike repaired by one of our partners. All costs will be covered by us — you’ll receive a service voucher from us to cover the repair.
