If a technical problem occurs, contact us first. We will help you assess the issue and arrange the most practical solution. Depending on your location and the nature of the problem, this may include troubleshooting, referral to a nearby repair shop or, when feasible, replacement of the bike.

If the problem is caused by a technical fault for which we are responsible, we cover reasonable repair or replacement costs agreed with us in advance. Damage caused by misuse, an accident or other circumstances outside our responsibility is handled according to our General Terms and Conditions.
